Example plans

1. Sample Kitchen plans "1A" - "1C" are three concept designs of the same kitchen area. We provide you with at least three different designs to choose from. Then we take the ideas that interest you and combine them into a final design. The sample kitchen plan "1D" shows this combination

2. The next three sample drawings (Plans 1E,2B, & 3B) show you the extreme changes that can be made from an existing area to create a functional and interesting space. In the case, we turned a small sitting room and a balcony into a master bathroom/closet, where before the master bath was shared with the guest room.

3. Sample Addition Plan "A" is a floor plan of an existing house with a bump-out into the back yard. We also designed both the kitchen and master bathroom.

4. Sample "E1 & "E5" are examples of elevations. Interior elevations are necessary for the specifications of cabinetry and other elements that cannot be seen from a floor plan view. Exterior elevations are necessary for additions, and usually have to be shown to the Home Owners Association for approval.

5. The remaining Perspective Plans "A" - "E" are dimensional perspective drawings. These are usually to the advantage of homeowners to truly visualize their new space. These hand-drawn perspectives complement the elevations in explaining detailed areas of the design.
